Rachel joined the Demos Development Team in December 2006, and as Director oversees all fundraising strategy and initiatives for foundation and individual giving.

During her time at Demos she has also worked closely with Distinguished Senior Fellow Linda Tarr-Whelan to organize the Women's Leadership Initiative.

Prior to joining Demos, Rachel held a position with the Women's Environment & Development Organization (WEDO), working to engage women in U.S. foreign policy issues, and advocating for international women's rights at the UN.

She received her B.A. in Multicultural & Gender Studies from California State University, Chico.
